What is DiSC Learning Model?

By combining self-assessments with flexible facilitation that inspire lasting behavior change. This learning model is powered by the DiSC personality models which describes four basic profile types: Dominance, Influence, Conscientiousness and Steadiness

The Four DiSC Profile Types

Dominance

Priorities: Getting immediate results, taking action, challenging themselves and others.
Motivated by: Power and authority, competition, winning, success.

Conscientiousness

Priorities: Ensuring accuracy, maintaining stability, challenging assumptions.
Motivated by: Opportunities to use expertise or gain knowledge, attention to quality.
