 Kirsten Boileau is a Fractional Chief Learning Officer (CLO) and Learning & Development strategist with over 17 years of experience in designing and implementing high-impact learning programs. She specializes in helping small and mid-sized businesses (25-150 employees) develop custom learning infrastructures that drive employee engagement, retention, and business growth.

Kirsten began her career at SAP, where she pioneered the world’s first Social Selling program, managing its training, communications, infrastructure, and analytics for seven years. Under her leadership, the program became a multi-award-winning global initiative. She then shifted her focus to functional learning programs for marketing teams and later, leadership development, equipping executives with the skills to drive organizational success.

In 2023, Kirsten founded Tairo Consulting, offering Fractional CLO services to businesses looking to implement or enhance their learning and development (L&D) strategies. She partners with organizations to:
