Tairo Consulting’s Transformation: A New Chapter of Growth and Expertise

Over the past six months, Tairo Consulting has undergone an incredible transformation, evolving in ways that will allow me to serve my clients with even greater impact. This period of growth has been fueled by a renewed focus on professional development, a commitment to bringing cutting-edge strategies to leadership and learning, and an exciting shift in how I position my services. Let’s dive in and see what those changes will mean for you!

Professional Development Milestones

I believe that staying on the leading edge of knowledge is essential to helping others grow. Over the past six months, I spent a lot of time and effort learning more about helping others learn. 

In September 2024 I earned my DiSC certification, enabling me to use this powerful tool to improve workplace communication, enhance teamwork, and address conflict constructively.

In January 2025, after 20 weeks of in-class time, countless hours of reading, reflecting, and practice coaching, I also completed my Leadership and Performance Coaching education.  This education positions me to guide leaders through meaningful transformations that drive results. As I continue my journey, I am preparing to achieve my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation in early 2025. This globally recognized certification reinforces my dedication to the highest standards in coaching excellence.

These milestones reflect not only my passion for professional growth but also my commitment to bringing proven, impactful methodologies to my clients.

A New Identity: Fractional Chief Learning Officer

Alongside these accomplishments, I’ve redefined the focus of Tairo Consulting to align with the evolving needs of our clients. I now proudly offer fractional learning and development services, a flexible and cost-effective solution for businesses seeking expertise without the commitment of a full-time hire. My vision is to partner with organizations up to 200 employees, and work alongside the HR team to uncover the learning needs through a Learning Needs Assessment, support the development of a Learning Strategy, and ultimately create education and training plans that ensure your employees have the skills and mindset to deliver success for the business in both the short and long term.  This redefinition, along with the addition of DiSC and coaching offerings, allows me to become a trusted partner, for the long term, for my clients.

These changes represent more than new titles or certifications—they reflect a deeper and broader skillset that I bring to every client partnership. With tools like DiSC, advanced coaching methodologies, and the flexibility of fractional services, I can now serve organizations more effectively by offering customized, high-impact solutions.

This transformation positions Tairo Consulting as a partner that not only supports leadership growth but also helps organizations design and execute strategic learning initiatives that align with their goals.
